Synergy Contracting Services, LLC

Synergy Contracting Services is housed in an 18,000 square foot facility in Indiana, Pa.  All of the company's manufacturing, inventory, warehousing, administration, and shipping/receiving activities are performed in this space.

A Class 10,000 clean room is included in the premises for extra-clean manufacture and packaging of medical and other sensitive devices as required. 

The company has several Pace soldering and reflow stations.  All potential employees for soldering positions are tested prior to hire to ascertain their skill levels.  Further training is given after hire by an employee who is an IPC certified instructor. 

All solder joints are inspected by Quality Assurance as cables and box builds flow through the production process to assure current continuity and foreign materials around the solder joints.

All test equipment is on a calibration schedule that is controlled and kept up-to-date by Quality Assurance.
